3 Easy Ways to Pamper Mum This Mother’s Day

We want your mums to feel special this Mother's Day, so we collated some service-based gifts that you can do for her at home. They only require your time, love, and a little effort (products optional!)

Ayurvedic foot massage

  1. Apply a massage balm or oil and warm it between your hands – we recommend our Pure Body Balm because it is essential oil free, packed with potent barrier-restoring botanicals and enriched with organic beeswax to provide extra shielding to benefit dry and damaged skin. If you'd prefer something more aromatic, we recommend our 100% certified organic Sesame & Frankincense Body Oil because it is rich in nourishing oils that will soften and replenish the protective lipid layer in the skin of the feet.

  2. Using your thumb, massage the point in the middle of the arch on the underside of the foot, with a circular, clockwise motion.

  3. Using the thumb, massage the middle of the fleshy part of the underside of the big toe.

  4. Massage the underside of the first joint of each toe, then pull from the base to the tip of each toe.

  5. Massage the top of the foot in the groove between the big and second toes, using both thumbs, working from the base of the toes towards the ankle

  6. Using both hands, massage from toes to ankle, top and bottom of foot.

  7. Using both hands, massage the ankle joint clockwise, on the front, back and sides of the ankle.

  8. All done! Towel dry their feet to remove any excess oil

      Run a bath

      1. Turn on the tap and begin running a bath

      2. As the warm water is filling the tub, pour in a small amount of bath oil  – we recommend our Sesame & Frankincense Body Oil because it is fragranced with an exotic blend of frankincense and rose geranium essential oils that promotes calmness and relaxation

      3. Prepare a fluffy towel or dressing gown and place it within close reach of the bath

      4. Place other bathing essentials on a nearby stool or ledge of the bath. We recommend a body soap, a facial cleanser, or mask.

      5. How does your mum like to unwind? Perhaps place a book nearby or play some relaxing music

      6. Once the bath is filled, it’s time to fetch mum
